PROCEDURE:
The car park is secure, completely enclosed and under surveillance 24/7. All cars parked on the site are covered by insurance (except in the case of a puncture or natural disaster).
On the day of your departure: you drive to the car park, where a few final details are sorted before your vehicle is parked. You are then taken to the airport, with your luggage, in the car park's private shuttle buses, and dropped off in front of your Departures terminal.
On the day of your return: after having collected all your luggage, call the car park to let them know you have arrived so that the shuttle bus can be sent to pick you up from outside the Arrivals terminal. This phone call is very important as it confirms your arrival time and also allows the car park staff to organise their service in the best possible way, for both yourself and their other customers.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:
- You are required to leave the keys to your car with the car park staff for the duration of its stay.
Directions
You will receive a booking voucher containing the car park's address and telephone number, along with any relevant instructions and directions, upon confirming your reservation.

If you think you are going to be late, whether first arriving or returning to the car park, please let the staff know so that they can organise their services accordingly. If there is anything to pay on arrival, it will be specified on your booking voucher.

ce site de reservation est une belle grosse ARNAQUE!!!!!! j ai payer pour 6jours de stationnement et quand je me presente sur place le loueur me dit que c est complet et ne travail plus avec le site de reservation depuis au moins 6mois

So easy, dropped car and was immediately driven to CDG Airport. On return rang and 15 minutes later I was collected and dropped at my car. Very helpful staff.

Everything worked very smooth, the parking was around 15 minutes drive from the terminal, our delayed arrival was not a problem at the end, pick up and drop off worked fast and was no problem or extra fee for driving 5 of us.
