Please bear in mind that where the person collecting the vehicle is different to the person who drops it off, you should indicate the name of the person collecting the vehicle in the "Special Requests" box. The car will not be returned unless the person collecting the vehicle can show the receipt given to the driver when it was first dropped off at the car park.

Mai ricevuta mail di conferma. Il giorno prima della partenza ho inviato mail di richiesta indirizzo parcheggio e ricevuto risposta automatica che diceva che avreste risposto entro 3 giorni. Ho girato 4 parcheggi prima di trovare quello prenotato.
Vorrei sapere perché la mia auto ha fatto 5 km in più rispetto a quando l'ho lasciata? Quando dovevo stare al parcheggio coperto.
Purtroppo abbiamo dovuto aspettare molto tempo da quando abbiamo chiamato per essere recuperati quando siamo atterrati con l aereo, essendoci solo 2 pulmini piccoli l attesa è stata molto lunga, Avevo prenotato un parcheggio al chiuso, ma quando abbiamo ritirato la macchina era tutta baganta, come se fosse stata parcheggiata all esterno.
