PROCEDURE FOR USE OF THE CAR PARK:
On entering the car park:
IMPORTANT: Please, wait in front of the barrier until the Automatic Number Plate Recognition recognises your vehicle and a ticket will be issued automatically. Do not press the button. If you press the button, the ATM will charge you the normal price and not the reservation price.
Once your ticket has been issued please keep this somewhere safe, proceed into the car park and park your car in any available parking space.
On your return:
When you return to the car park, please go to the ATMs to make the payment. If you have any problems, please use the Customer Service integrated in the ATMs. Amount calculated based on the stay booked. If the actual stay of the vehicle is different, this amount may vary.
The 5 digit alphanumeric code in the top right corner of your voucher may be required by AENA staff in order to manage the arrivals and departures to and from the car park.
It is always difficult to leave even having pre booked and paid and had the ticket checked in the machine. Had to call assistance to raise barrier as the ticket wasn't accepted.
Avoid at all cost if you don’t want to miss your flight
I spent a few minutes in short term car park looking for long term then couldn’t get out. Had to pay 3 euros because they said I’d been in there 10 mins. Eventually found car park by which time I was panicking as there were no spaces. Eventually found one and then had quite long walk to terminal. Now I know where they are I would use again but leave more time for any errors. The lady at desk was very helpful and polite when I returned because I thought I might have parked in wrong place and wanted to check ididnt have to pay again to get out.
I cannot fault the service or that staff…the location was excellent and the spaces were large. Will definitely use again.
Great that the carpark is so close to the terminal and its very secure and clean. I just had a lot of problems getting into and out of the carpark. The website instructs you not to take a ticket as there were cameras to read the registration number, this did not work and I had to request assistance. They told me to take a ticket going in and to drive out when I got back. On leaving again the barrier did not lift automatically and when I called for assistance I kept being told to pay, when I had already prepaid, eventually the barrier was raised for me. It was not unfortunately a hassle free experience

I prepaid for the parking. Upon my return I could not exit by camera recognition, I had to pay again to exit. Please inform me as to how to get refunded the extra 86€.
i have used Park Via numbers of time and was very happy with the service till now. during the last visit, i was not able to enter the parking as described, the reader would not recognised my nummer plate which means that i needed to find a new parking in last minute generating a lot of cost and loosing the upfront payment. i would not recommend this Aena parking and expect refund .
Exit barrier didn't work, office on 0 floor was closed. It took 30 mins to exit car park.

Unable to enter due to your inability to read my number plate - which can be read in any of a dozen car parks I use on a daily basis. Unable to leave for the same reason. Your number plate cameras are USELESS. It is extremely frustrating to return after stressful business trip to find I cannot get in or out !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Zkušenost velmi špatná s výjezdem z parkoviště. Můj let měl hodinu zpoždění a při výjezdu mě systém nechtěl pustit ven z parkoviště. Pak jsem strávila další hodinu hledáním pomoci, abych se vůbec dostala ven. Navíc mě donutili zaplatit dalších 13 euro navíc. Opravdu už nikdy více!

I need to talk to a supervisor about this horrible experience- it did not work out - I was issued a second ticket - the staff threatened me and shouted at me as I asked for help - they thought I did not want to pay even though I already payed online - then a bus driver took of the gate and I followed him out into safety - now I am worried that my license plate is still being charged - please help

On returning to my car, despite having prepaid, I could not exit the car park and had to pay the full amount once again. I have sent proof of the second payment to the car park - they were incredibly rude and instructed me I should have seen a member of staff at the ticket barrier to seek assistance. Firstly, it was 2300 hours and there was no member of staff and secondly on telephoning the supposed 24 hour helpline I received a message there was no one available to assist so I had no choice other than to pay once again to exit the car park. The response to my request for a refund has been an incredibly rude email and a refusal to refund, directing me to another operator to follow this up, Shocking customer service - DO NOT USE!
