Reasons to book Luton On-Airport Short Stay Parking:
Hi, Everything was as expected. I had replaced my vehicle since booking but had no problems after explaining the situation at the barrier
Car park is a mess at the moment - price should reflect that. I had to call for assistance at the exit because I was asked for £45 at the exit, despite having prepaid. What is the point of paying up front if this happens?
We have never before had to pay so much for this service, so hesitated when booking. I still don't like the price, but the service is great. it is wonderful, at the end of a flight, to just walk to the car.
I booked parking for closest to airport. The whole area was like a work site. I even saw 1 car where a metal fence had fallen onto the car by wind. Which didn't ake it look very safe to leave your vehicle. I also followed all the procedures in the email. I took ticket at entry, even called operator at barrier to check it was correct car park. I then found a parking space. Then on my return it states put tick into exit barrier. I did this and it came up on the screen saying i owed £135. I called the operator and after 5 minutes of waiting at the barrier he opened the gate. If your happy to park your car on a construction site. I would recommend to park further away from the airport. As you will find some parts that are tarmaced and complete. I doubt i would park here again.
We wasted more than 40 minutes looking for a place to park. We were initially informed by one of the attendants to park in a disabled place only to found out later it was for 'meet and greet' customers only. This was so stressful esp having spent almost 6 hours stuck on the M25/ M1 traffic. It was a horrendous experience which caused us to miss our flight and cost us unnecessary expenditure on rebooking and hotel. Car park facility should have more staff to guide customers more so at this time that enormous construction disturbance is happening.

Because Luton is doing construction, the whole parking experience was terrible. After I finally found a parking space in the mud, there were no signs how to get to the terminal. Then when I returned from my trip abroad, there were no signs on how to find the short term parking area. Instead of a few minutes away (like I paid for), it took at least 15min.
Recomend for everyone who does not want to be stressed. Very close to the terminal, friendly staff, i will always use this service for my short breaks travels.
