Arrived with my reservation but the car park was full and was directed to another car park but could not find it so l went to another supplier. Tried calling Orange but they said l had no reservation and hung up. Tried calling again but they did not answer at all. Overall a total disaster.

Není možné zaplatit parkovné kartou a bohužel jsme na to nebyli dopředu upozornění. Neměli jsme u sebe zloté (letiště Krakov byla pro nás pouze přestupní stanice), a tak to bylo zbytečné zdržení. V době, kdy se dá parkovné téměř všude hradit kartou, je potřeba na absenci platebního terminálu výrazně upozornit dopředu.
