HOW DOES THE MEET & GREET SERVICE WORK? You must call the driver approximately 20 minutes before arriving at the airport on the phone number provided in the booking voucher to inform the driver of your arrival or of any delays. This is required since the driver will expect to pick up your vehicle at the time specified at the DROP OFF ZONE 1. The valet will park your car in their secure car park.
On your return, once you have retrieved your luggage, please contact the number provided in your booking voucher and confirm your arrival. The driver will return your car at the airport.

It's easy to say we stole your money if you had followed correct procedure we wouldn't have any problems and you don't answer your phone when you book the parking it cleanly SAYS CALL DRIVER 20 MIN YOU REACH THE AIRPORT WITCH YOU DIDN'T DO my driver waited for you for 3 hours and you were not taking our calls I can even send you a print out of my call log so before saying we stole your money follow procedure call me 0813767507 I'll refund you

The booking was fine, but it included a clean. The guy who picked up the car asked me for R50 to have it cleaned. It came back dirtier, he said it rained so they did not clean it- I never got my R50 back. Car stunk inside- clearly he smoked in it. Blugh.
I had to phone to remind them that I was waiting (20 minutes). When Nash drove up it was pouring with rain and both front windows were wide open - hence inside was wet. Nash had no explanation but I suspect it was to get rid of the smell inside the car. The vehicle was dirty both inside and out but perhaps a clean was not included in the price. Again, the back seats had unnecessarily been used and I suspect someone had been sleeping in the car as a blanket was left in the boot. No explanation from the driver. My battery had been disconnected which I really don't think was necessary as the car was only there for a week. I could not dry out the front seats with the cloth that I keep in the side pocket as it was no longer there. Not that it had any value but it would have served a purpose. Unfortunately I will not be using Paityns again, Sorry Hayden but I love my car.

The driver checked the milleage while i was still in the driver's seat - totally invading my space...I had to pay for a car wash, first ever since using park via.. it was my choise though to take up the offer.. A plastic panel was broken off my car in the attempt to get the back seat back in place, not noticing obviously that the seatbelt was caught in the seat.. AND i was asked for a tip?? wont use them again..
