Eagles Valet & Parking Services - Meet and Greet
Eagles Valet Parking Service offers an executive valet parking service at King Shaka International Airport at affordable rates with a complementary wash and vacuum.
Eagles Valet Parking Service requires 24hrs prior notice to your Departure and Arrival date.
The driver will be awaiting you at the Drop-off 3/4 (Departure Level).
A full inspection of the vehicle will be completed by the car park operator and client. A document will be given to the client which he/she will have to provide upon arrival to pick up their vehicle.
Eagles Valet Parking Service's office will monitor the client's flight (for delays or arrival of earlier). The client will then meet the car park operator at Drop off 3/4 to inspect and pick up their vehicle.
Upon collection of the vehicle, the docket that was handed over to the client by the car park operator will need to be provided before the vehicle is handed over to the client.
The car park operator will then assist the client in loading your luggage into their vehicle.

The add on admin fee is nonsense. E.g. advertise R95, then go into details and it's another R10 to R15 to pay.. say up front how much.
Good morning. I asked the consultant to please adhere to speed limits because I have a Discovery Tracker in that minitors speeding, acceleration, braking and cornering. They did not stick to the indicated speed limits of 40 inside the terminal area and 60 in the suburbs. I had my points deducted from my insurance. This is a problem for me. Otherwise I was very happy. Thanks.
I had to come back a day earlier than planned- sent them a whatsapp and they responded no problem. They were waiting for me when I landed. 2nd time I used them and will be using them on a regular basis.
I could not reach the service provider on the phone and ended up leaving my car in Air port long stay parking. Very disappointed and will never try again or recommend to anyone.

Overall, very good service. Our car was dropped off on time. The only issue I had was that I asked for the car to be picked up at 04:30 but they only picked up at around 05:15.
I did not need transfer service so could not rate that. But everything else was perfection! Not to mention that there were water problems, yet my vehicle was still washed anyway. Highly recommended 💯

I would like to suggest once you have made a booking that one can’t communicate directly with WhatsApp.
We were running late dropping off our vehicle and stressing as we could find no wat to contact the driver. The office number per the website went straight to voicemail as it was before your office hours.. We were very pleasantly surprised to find the driver waiting patiently for us but it was quite stressful not knowing whether he would be there. Please supply an outside working hours contact number. Everything went smoothly after this.thank y ou
The contact number on the slip received from the attendant did not work. When I returned on Saturday evening, my car wasn't there and after several times trying to reach Eagle via cell or website - not available, I was becoming very stressed but then another attendant arrived who advised me my car was on it's way. Both attendants were pleasant however for a woman travelling on her own, the car needs to be on time. Standing at the airport at night, makes one anxious.
