We’ll be ready and waiting to meet you at the Short Stay car park at Terminal 5. Then it’s just a short walk from your check-in desk. No buses, no transfers, no fuss. We’re open from 5am to 10.30pm daily.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION Security measures Your car will be parked in a Heathrow approved, secure car park while you are away. Blue Badge holders Heathrow Meet & Greet parking is suitable for Blue Badge holders. Keys When you have registered your arrival at reception, you will hand your keys to our staff who park your car. Height restrictions Maximum height 2.2m (7ft 2in). Check vehicle height if using a roof box. Car and trailers Trailers are not permitted. Important information Drop off and collect from different terminals available if required. The valet operator indemnifies customers for vehicle damage resulting from any proven act of negligence on the part of its staff.

Ultra Low Emission Zone

Please be aware that from the 29th of August 2023 the Ultra Low Emission Zone (ULEZ) in London is being expanded to include Heathrow airport. Vehicles that do not meet the ULEZ standards could face a daily charge. For more information about this please visit TFL.gov.uk.
