The service is specifically designed with you in mind to take away the hassle of parking your car each time you visit Heathrow Airport All the drivers are fully insured to drive the customer's vehicle. When the vehicle is collected, it is transported to a secure compound nearby that is equipped with a laser beam security system and CCTV surveillance. The compound is fully secure and insured, and it is manned 24 hours a day to ensure the safety of the vehicles stored there. Your car will remain at the compound until their return. JetParks is a BPA Member: A membership scheme that is nationally recognised and available to all car park companies that join and sets industry standards for quality control. Disabled Info This service is suitable for customers with limited mobility, as a shuttle bus isn't needed. Additional Info No extra fees. All entry and exit fees are included in the booking price. Most standard cars will be accepted at the car park as long as they fit under the 2.2m entry barrier. If your vehicle is larger than this, call the car park 20 minutes before you arrive and they can meet you at a different place. The car park offers a grace period up to midnight at their discretion. Any longer than this and you'll be charged the car park's standard rate of £15 per day. This is subject to change.
Ultra Low Emission Zone
Please be aware that from the 29th of August 2023 the Ultra Low Emission Zone (ULEZ) in London is being expanded to include Heathrow airport. Vehicles that do not meet the ULEZ standards could face a daily charge. For more information about this please visit TFL.gov.uk.
The staff did not recognise my booking at all nor the booking references. Even the fact I called the mobile numbers from my confirmation to agree the meet and greet, they had no reference of my bookings. Had to pay 3x as much on the day to park. No way of calling customer service either at that time.
The worst parking company I have ever dealt with, with no exception. Changed the parking company from Triangle (to whom I spoke, and they had no idea and are considering legal action against ParkVia) to JetParks, who were awful. When I had to change the car I had booked, I was told that the new company didn't allow changes (the first one did). After literally a day of trying to talk to someone, my wife got nowhere and I got an email saying the booking had been changed. I ended up calling Triangle, who were incredibly helpful considering they had been affected by this, and offered to accommodate me if all else failed. When I eventually got to Heathrow, of course, ParkVia/JetParks had no record at all of my booking, so they had to manually create one. Thankfully, the entry and exit were otherwise fine, but I was definitely expecting my car to not be there when I returned. Terrible, awful, horrible experience. Do not use. I will use Purple Parking every time in future.
