Entry/Exit Procedure Pull up to the main Short Stay barrier, wait for your number plate to be scanned and your ticket will be printed Head to Level 2 of Car Park 1 (blue), pull up to the arrival barrier and press the button. Our cameras will take a series of photos of the vehicle before the barrier rises. You will be met by a member of staff to check you in. Handover your keys and walk into the terminal. When you return, exit the terminal on the 2nd floor and proceed to the return office in Car Park 2 (red). Report to the reception and your keys will be returned and your car waiting Car Park Restrictions

car park entrance and exit extremely tight!!
Had brake fault on car when came to pick it up. Staff were very helpful in terms of how we could sort this - lift to hotel, being available on phone, giving advice. just need to establish sequence of events when car was being moved for our pick up as recovery clearly wasn't actually where it had been parked for the duration of our stay.
No transfer required but had to score to progress. N/A more appropriate

we like the Park via service and the location at Gatwick is excellent - but this is worth sharing, In fact I'm having to write this again as the page crashed when I pressed submit first time which is frustrating, We have a solar panel on the inside of our car, directly about the driver and passenger. Someone at park via moved it - and as a direct result - it fell on to us as we were driving on the M23 - it was really dangerous and could have caused a crash. I don't know why anyone wold have moved it other than they were curious. It is hard wired in and has been hard to return it to its original spot. We really like using Park Via but this was not great service and very unnecessary for someone to move it. James
