There was no transfer service but no option not to answer the question. There was a mix up with my registration that was swiftly dealt with.

Very easy service to use, disappointing Website, on completion of my booking it said it hadn't worked so I did it two more times and was charged 3 times!!! They refunded it though not straight away.....

The website glitches out a number of times when I booked, which kept kicking me back to the start (during the payment process), which was frustrating, but I persisted and eventually got there. We also didn’t get a ticket on entry which was a bit scary but turned out fine because we were able to exit freely as the boom gate opened for us without problem. I did notice that when I booked the flights, the short stay option was not available to select, only the long stay which we would prefer not to use, I had used the valet option through you, the previous time we travelled a month ago, and that went smoothly as well. Otherwise, we were happy with the location and price / discount you offered, for the short stay LGW South, so would definitely use this service again. Cheers, Annette

Your website had issues accepting my payment. Charged me three times but didn't give me a confirmation voucher. Eventually tried a few days later same thing happened but this time I got a voucher.

This is the first time I've parked at any airport and left my car and it was absolutely brilliant and seemless. I will do it again!
