I was very disappointed with the service I received upon arrival, the Asian guy that was there was very rude to me when I asked where I should leave the car and how I was supposed to get to North Terminal, he replied this is not the B & B or Taxi Service. Also on my return I was very great pleased that the car had been heated for me, however someone had been troubling the gadgets e.g. changed the CD system to Radio and the gadget on the rights had all been changed. I am very disappointed with my experience and have to question whether I shall use your organisation again especially as I am travelling again during the Christmas period.
