Booking Ref PC53293588. Extremely disappointed with booking through the website. First time I had used Park Via and when I got to the car park, Secure parking had not received any details of my booking from yourselves. Had issues getting in and out the car park because of this. Would think think twice of using this again because of this.

Excellent service - BUT DIFFICULT TO FIND - only downside was that the car was covered in a grey mist of dirt - cars are parked on loose gravel and this just blows up over the cars - you could offer a cheap / quick car wash service with cost reducing based on how long you are leaving your car - as the car gets dirtier over the longer period and you have already made more income from cars parked for longer periods - thanks again frank
We were collected from the airport shortly after midnight, the bus driver was efficient and pleasant. Upon arriving at our car we found that we had a flat tyre, the staff on the site were only too happy to help and soon we were on our way home. Many thanks
