Park and Fly Dusseldorf Meet & Greet

Ich war angenehm überrascht, wie reibungslos und schnell alles funktioniert hat! Gerne wieder!

The car was driven about 140km. Driving to a parking lot and back to airport should not be in 140km range. They are driving the cars during our absence. A few of my other friends also mentioned this to me.

Even though the car was picked-up and brought back at the correct spot and time, I was very disappointed to see that my car was not returned in the same condition that I left it. I found KEYS(!!!) from a different car in my glove compartment as well as 2 blankets and an umbrella that aren't mine. I strongly feel that my car was used for more that just a drive to the parking lot and back and this is unacceptable. Furthermore my roof window was forced. The shutters were forced shut so I couldn't them anymore as well as obvious attempts to open the roof window itself and a failure to close it back again (broken). When calling to ask for information nobody was able to help in English which did not help the situation. Therefor I would not recommend the service.

Super service. Es war aber nicht ganz klar wo wir die auto brengen mussten. Die mitarbeiter sprach kein English. Vielleicht dass die klare auslegung in email beschreibt werden kan?

Die Probleme mit annahmen und übernehme war dem Problem des Flughaffen, wenig abstelle platze.
