A member of staff will contact you on the phone number provided within 24 hours to organise your arrival and return at the Dublin Airport. On your return a member of the staff will meet you at the terminal.

I think they could do more work to explain the actual drop of and pick up routine. There was an expectation that you should already know the answers, but other than that the service was great.
The information said that I would get a phone call. I didn’t get one. I drove around for an hour trying to find where to drop off my car. Eventually an airport police officer gave me directions to an area about 2 miles from the airport. I still couldn’t find you. I missed my flight and drove home. Not impressed at all. I gave a 1 for the condition of my car, because I had to give something.
Shuttle provided was very slow. I was waiting 40 minutes and almost missed my flight. This was provided by an external provider and not the parking service themselves however. As a parking service, the staff were very friendly and helpful, just let down by their colleagues who provide the shuttle.
