My booking was recognised by the Eparking staff when I dropped my car off - but I was later called while abroad to be told that my car was moved to another car park as the staff thought a mistake was made and the PAID booking was made to the car lot across the road that had the same name!!! On my return I was directed to the other car park where I was told that they do not accept pre bookings and the booking was for the original car park and CHARGED me for the parking which I had already paid. Still trying to figure out which parking lot got my money and which car park I had originally booked with. NEVER AGAIN will I use your site for booking airport car parking

We had a lot of confusion when we took the car in, staff had trouble finding the booking even with the paperwork I provided ! Then when my husband collected the car yesterday we were told that we hadn't paid for the booking.Until they found a bit of tape on the car keys saying paid, so not a great service !!
