HOW THE SHUTTLE BUS SERVICE WORKS

  • Provide your departure and arrival times so car park staff can schedule the best transfer time to the airport;
  • You are expected at the time you provided. You will be welcomed, assisted and staff will arrange your transfer to the airport;
  • On your return, you will be expected at the airport (departures terminal) by the shuttle bus displaying LongParking's insignia.
If for any reason your arrival time changes, you are requested to contact the car park on the telephone number shown on the booking voucher.

Directions

You will receive a booking voucher containing the car park's address and telephone number, along with any relevant instructions and directions, upon confirming your reservation. To view the location of the car park, please see the map on the website.
