First no one was answering at the phone, then they had no idea about how reservations on ParkVia work…it took 20 min to leave the car in the parking. I told them another person will come to pick up the car, when the person got there they did not know anything about the card, they said it’s not in their parking! And then an employee remembered that yes indeed the car is there (it’s a small parking, having actually cars to rent not people leaving their cars for long term so how can you forget from the 2 cars you got there where is one…?) it was absolutely terrible. I don’t recommend it.

Recomand cu incredere! Totul a fost simplu si eficient!
