Car was still blocked in when I got it got soaking wet and passengers then I was asked to go and get registration no in rain for staff to find key while me and my passengers got soaking wet and drive two and hours home I will use you a gain but was not happy
Site difficult to spot when arriving in dark. Signage not lit and badly located at entrance to car park, easily missed.
My car was covered in mud on our return
Service and nearness to airport was excellent. My only gripe was that my car had obviously been parked underneath trees, because it was covered in bird-muck which was very hard to wash off.
The service was easy to use and the transfer to and from were on time. I will use them again.

Was informed on arrival the car was a transporter which it is not and I gave registration and make on booking
