Arrival: We are now operating as a ticketless car park. You no longer need to push for a ticket, our automatic number plate recognition (ANPR) cameras will read your registration number to raise the barriers automatically. Park up in the Valet car park and walk into the Valet reception. A member of staff will complete some checks before taking your vehicle keys and parking your vehicle for you.
Departure: Please call us on the phone number provided in your booking voucher as soon as you have reached the baggage hall, to ensure we have your vehicle ready for you to collect. Then make your way to the Valet car park reception where our friendly staff will assist you to your vehicle.

Anti-Covid Measures Dropping off, the car park had no record of us. Since we're stuck in Mauritius for another 2 days due to a medical emergency and you have not responded to email or WhatsApp (despite advertising it) we have no idea about collecting the car, how much extra we will have to pay or even if we can afford to pay that. NCPs overage charges for valet tell us we could be liable for almost £6k. I don't have that. Guess we don't have a car anymore. All in all its been a ridiculously poor experience on top of a ruined holiday and insurance incompetence sandwich. Always book direct will be what I'll be telling people.
I personally found the directions difficult to understand, apart from that it was very good

Apart from watching a stupid woman get her luggage out of her car when parked next to mine and open the door straight into My back door and damage it as I walked back from handing My keys in the whole experience was good. Thank you
