VIP MEET AND GREET SERVICE:

1. Make a reservation and drive straight to the Gate 4 in the Departures terminal at Bilbao Airport.10 or 15 minutes before arriving, call the telephone number sent in the email confirming your booking. Please park your car in the bay spaces. The personnel of the car park (wearing black and red uniform) will take it to our park lot. You will be given a delivery note confirming receipt of your vehicle.
2. On your return to Bilbao, once you have collected all your luggage, call the number again and in just 10 or 15 minutes time your vehicle will be returned to you outside in the same place at the airport terminal Gate 4.
