our car broke down just before we left, when we went to manage booking as directed to change the registration number of the car we couldn't get it changed. Then I tried the phone number given but it didn't work. Finally I tried the chat line but there was no help all I got told was to pay again. There was very little saving so I would recommend NOT booking in front with this company.

The camera did not read my number plate on entry & exit & I had to contact a member of staff. On entry a queue had built up behind me. Transfer service was not applicable.
