BOOKING PROCEDURE:
* Get a quote and/or book using the search engine (blue window)
* Enter the dates and times required for parking.
* Booking is free; however, a small percentage (15%) of the total cost will be levied to guarantee the booking. The balance must be paid to the Tryp.

* Print off a copy of your confirmation email to take with you and call the hotel 24 hours before arriving in order to book seats on the airport shuttle minibus, indicating your departure terminal (the telephone number of the hotel is given in the email confirmation of booking).

*On your return, just call the hotel to arrange for the shuttle bus to come to collect you.
Please bear in mind that there is no set timetable for return transfer to the hotel, so your patience is requested when you are waiting for transport back to the hotel car park.


MINIBUS SHUTTLE SERVICE FROM THE HOTEL TO THE AIRPORT:

Terminal 1 and 2 running every 24h. The shuttle is running every 20-50 minutes depend off the time. After 23h you have to call us at (+34)93 378 10 00. -Bus schedule from the hotel:

05:00 / 10:00 every 20 ' -30’
10:00 /18:00 every 40’ – 50’
18:00 /24:00 every 20 ' -30’
24:00 / 5:00 every 40’ – 50’
For the shuttle bus back to the airport the reservation has to be made when you ckeck-in, so we will ask you in that moment and book a place for you in the available times.
MINIBUS SERVICE: MAXIMUM CAPACITY: 13 PASSENGERS.

It´s not allowed special luggage as bikes, surf boards, skis, etc. Pick up point for T1: Parking G Dársena 5 Pick up point for T2: BLOQUE TECNICO , between terminals 2B y 2C It is imperative that you call the hotel the day before you travel on the number given in your email confirmation in order to reserve a seat on the minibus serving Terminals 1 and 2.

Approximate transfer time between the hotel and the airport is 15 minutes .

Maximum height: 4.50 x 2.5 meters. The establishment reserves or right to charge the corresponding supplement to a parking space or vehicle is parked incorrectly or occupying the place of another.

Directions

You will receive a booking voucher containing the car park's address and telephone number, along with any relevant instructions and directions, upon confirming your reservation. To view the location of the car park, please see the map on the website.

Important

Please call the hotel the day before you arrive to book seats on the minibus from the hotel to the airport. You pay for parking but transfers are offered as a separate free shuttle service by the hotel, therefore seats on the minibus must be reserved in this way. Car keys must be left at the hotel Reception.
