Parking Larga Estancia AENA Alicante Airport

We needed to validate our ticket before leaving the airport. It did not tell us that in the instructions. we had to walk back to get the ticket to work. we have never had that problem anywhere else

Lack of clear instruction for dropping off and collecting vehicle. Map of location no help looks like it was drawn by a 5 year old. Not one min walk to departures more like 10 min.

It wasn't clear to us that the car parking ticket needed validating upon return, we had prebooked as the information received said there was no need. However, we were unable to exit the car park due to this, fortunately the member of staff on duty when we pressed the button on the ticket machine was very, very helpful.

Un horror! El parking en obras, para salir del parking estuvimos 1 hora, y no es un caso aislado... lo mismo le ocurrió a 4 personas más que conocimos, no funcionaba la validación de la tarjeta, llamamos y además de cortarse continuamente las llamadas, no daban fácil solución. JAMÁS VOLVERÉ AL PARKING DE AENA LARGA ESTANCIA DE ALICANTE.

Hay mejores opciones y más baratas fuera del aeropuerto que te llevan y recogen justo en la puerta , este parking si vas cargados de maletas y niños está 8-10 min andando depende el ritmo , luego después de conseguir aparcar , a la vuelta creía que como había pagado salía directamente y no súper anticuado tienes que volver a la máquina central y si has aparcado lejos andar y volver para luego ya salir , mala experiencia y es súper lioso yo creía era el parking principal del aeropuerto , Ojo tiene 2-3 parking

The exit took too long with a member of staff who did not seem to know what to do

Infarten med reg nr vid bommen funkade inte. Var tvungen att ta biljett även om vi hade betalt i förskott. Vi ringde på knappen och skulle ringa vid hemkomst efter 2 d och de skulle öppna. Funkade ej vi ankomst o vi skulle leta upp kassaautomat vilket var omöjligt pga ombyggnation i halva garaget. Försökte ringa flera ggr om och 1 person la bara på luren. Efter ca 1 timme lyckades vi få en snäll kille i luren vid bommen som släppte ut oss. Så både in- och utfart var katastrof om man har flygtid och oC annan tid att passa! Fråga: är det dyrare att ta biljett på plats än förtidsbokning? Katastrofupplevelse för oss tyvärr
