Dreadful experience this time. No one to meet us, no one answered the phone on either of the published numbers. Nearly late to check in for our flight. When I emailed to tell the company what had happened to us there was no apology. The only reason we actually got a shuttle ride to the airport was by complete coincidence that the parkmycar driver's family saw us waiting and phoned the driver ( a phone number that parkvia did not provide us with) He showed us his reservation list and despite having prepaid and booked we were not on his schedule for either our drop off and pick up two days later. I will never use this elite parking or parkvia service again.

Sadly, the operator, ElitePark, apparently no longer actively manages their business, and only "piggy backs" on another parking site. So, the tel number for pick-up was wrong (it was a private person's house with no knowledge of our booking!) and the pick-up vans were, unbeknown to us, branded with a different company. This meant we had to wait 45 minutes for a pick-up, and figure this all out ourselves. With two tired young kids in tow this was an awful end to our holiday!
