Nous avons payé 15€ supplémentaire pour un retard de 3h. La personne que l’on a eu au téléphone ne parlait pas anglais qu’italien. Prévoir une bonne heure pour être récupérer au port.
Your comment is not very correct. Your arrival was for the day before at 22 and 45 at the airport. You have sent an e-mail informing us that you would be back one day late and at the port. the wait is only due to the fact that in two people occupied a shuttle of 8 seats alone given your luggage and bicycles. certainly we cannot leave other customers down to load only you, since at the first call in English before telling you where to go you have closed the communication. Waited 1 hour in 38 degrees with kids, no signs and not enough good english to tell us where to go when disembark.
good morning you waited 1h and 38 minutes, as it was not at the meeting point, but inside the structure at the info point. on the phone he was told to go to the bridge of the thousand first floor where the shuttle left it at his departure (explained also at his departure). reiterated by the info point girl when she called to park. You gave confirmation that you understood. Our English will not be perfect but we have had no problems with other foreign customers who have taken the shuttle regularly. We will study more greetings

Wartezeit bei der Abholung am Hafen eine Stunde bis zum Eintreffen des Shuttlebusses, ansonsten absolut problemlos.
