PROCEDURE FOR USE OF THE CAR PARK:
On entering the car park:Take a ticket as you enter the car park. IMPORTANT: Please, wait in front of the barrier until the Automatic Number Plate Recognition recognises your vehicle and a ticket will be issued automatically. YOU MUST NOT PRESS THE BUTTON. Proceed into the car park and park your car in any available parking space.
On your return:
If you have any problems, please use the Customer Service integrated in the ATMs. .
The 5 digit alphanumeric code in the top right corner of your voucher may be required by AENA staff in order to manage the arrivals and departures to and from the car park.
Directions
You will receive a booking voucher containing the car park's address and telephone number, along with any relevant instructions and directions, upon confirming your reservation. To view the location of the car park, please see the map on the website.Features

This was terrible service. There was a glitch at the time of booking; information about the car number was not received. The issue was resolved in 5 days! All services said different things and there was absolutely no help! The support team is completely incompetent and doesn't care about you. We were very lucky to pick up the car, since there is still no answer to the last letter, although two days have passed...

Après paiement lors de la réservation sur internet, l'entrée et la sortie du parking ne se sont pas passés comme prévu. Notre plaque d'immatriculation a été reconnue mais on nous demandé de repayer. Il a donc fallu aller au bureau d'acceuil pour avoir un ticket qui nous laisse sortir. Une grosse perte de temps, c'est dommage !

Our car was broken into while in the car park. It was opened electronically and an attempt was made to steal it using the KIA USB hack. It has a steering lock so it could not be stolen. The thieves ransacked the car presumably looking for money. I would never park here again!! Are there no security cameras or personnel?

Mon avion a eu 5 heures de retard à cause de grève en Allemagne du personnel au sol, je devais retirer mon véhicule à 12 heures 30 je l'ai retiré à 18 heures, on m'a facturé par l'intermédiaire de la personne qui était en poste à l'accueil du parking 15 € en liquide sinon je ne sortais pas du parking. J'ai payé 222 €.pour 35 jours et la j'ai payé 15 € pour 5 heures, cherchez l'erreur

Il serait très judicieux d’informer sur le format des plaques reconnu ..au moment de la réservation notamment avec les plaques françaises ( avec ou sans tiret ? ) . Excellent service .
