Park & Fly Dublin

Maybe just make it clearer how it works to get collected. For first time users we are not really sure. I was ringing your man when I was ,landing and then he rang me when I was at the bag collection and then I rang him when I was leaving the airport main door and then he thought I was messing him around which I was not. Then he was contacting me on whatsapp that I was missing so it wasnt straight forward. But next time around I would be much clearer. Its just first time around, its not straight forward and that might turn people off. I also think you should have a rate for long term parking slightly lower than the mid term parking. so for example, if you stay one week it is €3 per day, 2 weeks is €2 per day and 3 weeks or more is €1 per day (obviously the amounts being suitable for your business)... just a suggestion to entice the longer term people using you instead of the red or blue one.

The car park is a bit too far away. Even more so on the return journey. Your website looks great and genuine, but you have partnered with a business that's only getting started, a man with a yard and a field. I feel we got lucky that the bus was just leaving when we arrived. And the bus is in location 16 on return. There seems to be two location 16's 8-16 straight ahead and 16-20 something to the right. I expected to be booking in a hotel car park from yourselves

Very good service and staff very helpful. Could do with better directions at the site for new customers. It’s a bit farther out from the airport but quicker to get back to the M50. Good experience and cheaper.

A bit of a slap dash set up. Had to wait 40 minutes at drop off to get the car parked and transfer to airport took 20 minutes. Collection at airport was awful an hour with waiting on the bus and drive back to car park.Will never use again and i really couldn’t recommend this company but then again it was cheap and you get what you pay for

I made a booking based purely on the competitive price...and then read the reviews. Some were very harsh and totally the opposite of my experience. Was very nervous, as a single female and parking up in the early hours. The staff and service were fabulous. I felt totally safe and not left waiting alone in the dark. The shuttle bus was there waiting on both journeys to and from the airport. 10/10 from me and will definitely recommend you

Good price, accurate directions. Bus was absolutely full on the way back. Nearly had to wait another 30mins but a nice family put a child on their lap to free up a seat.

Arrived back at 22.32 rang for pick up told it would be 10 minutes. 1 hour and 3 phonecalls later waiting in the cold, the driver arrived and wz rude when I said we had been waiting for an hour. A further half hour wait as he waited for other pick ups. This delayed our follow on journey by 1 an a half hours. Very disappoinyed by service.

We had to get a taxi as the bus was full (we were not told about this in advance). We then had to spend €40 to get a taxi or else we would miss our flight. Staff was not friendly. Really disappointed- will not be recommending.

Our transfer bus from the Airport back to Carpark did not arrive so I had to book a Taxi! Also The Whitehouse Hotel Carpark for Park & Fly was too far from Airport. I will not use it again
