Hotel Garibaldi Porto Venezia is located in the centre of Mestre, close to the bus stop for the city.
From here you can get to Piazzale Roma in 15-20 minutes by bus on Line 2 (the same one which goes to the train station) which run every 10 minutes until late afternoon. At nightime, Venice can be reached by taking the circular N1 and N2, which stop 200m from Hotel Garibaldi.
Bus tickets cost €1.20 and can be bought from the Hotel reception.
From Piazzale Roma the port can be reached on foot, using the cruise company shuttle bus, or by the People Mover, the train which operates between Piazzale Roma and the port and takes 2 minutes.
Alternatively, you can use a private taxi whose prices vary between €26 and €45 according to the number of passengers, whose contact details will be sent to you in the confirmation email when you place a booking.

Hotel Garibaldi Porto Venezia is located in the Traffic Restricted Zone (congestion charge area), however customers can drive to the hotel and will be able to drive within the zone for the period of their stay since the hotel will provide your vehicle registration number to the relevant authorities.

For customers arriving early in the morning, Hotel Garibaldi offers a breakfast service, or the bar, for customers arriving later.
